Ruxlo LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose personal data about you when providing services to you through our website (www.ruxlo.ai) and mobile application and services that link to this policy (collectively our "Services") and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies only to information we collect:
- Through the Services.
- In communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages, between us and you or otherwise in connection with the Services. It does not apply to information collected by:
- Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party that does not link to this policy; or
- Any third party websites and services, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Services. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we treat it. By interacting with our Services or providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes as described here is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Children's Data
Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Mail, email, or text messages not directed to the Company. |
In-app messaging and calling. The Services may let users message and/or call one another without seeing each other’s telephone numbers or email addresses. To provide these features we (or third-party providers acting on our instructions) process message content, call connection details such as the participants, time and duration of a call, and related information. Calls and messages may be recorded and transcribed, including by service providers acting on our instructions, and everyone on a call is informed of such recordation or transcription prior to it beginning. We use recordings and transcripts to resolve disputes, to enforce our terms, and to keep the Services safe, and we keep them for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
To the extent you provide us sensitive information, you consent to us collecting and processing it in accordance with applicable legal requirements. If you choose not to provide this information, we may not be able to process your payment or provide requested services.
We may also collect:
- Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from personal data. For example, we may aggregate personal data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Services feature.
- Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for; page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), or methods used to browse away from a page.
If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with personal data so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we treat the combined information as personal information.
How We Collect Your Personal and Other Data
You Provide Information to Us
We collect information about you when you interact with our Services, such as when you create or update an account, purchase credits, participate in promotions, or create, upload, or post content to the Services.
Automatically Through Our Services
As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal data. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access or use.
As you navigate through and interact with our mobile application, including when you download, access, or use the mobile application, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your device and your browsing and usage activity and patterns, including:
- Usage Details. When you access and use the mobile application, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the mobile application, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
- Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.

- Location Information. This mobile application collects real-time information about the location of your device, upon consent.
Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services. We may use the following types of cookies:
- Web Beacons. Some parts of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those parts or opened an email and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).
To the extent any of these automated technologies are considered a personal data sale, targeted advertising, or profiling, under applicable laws, depending on where you live, you may opt out from use of these automated technologies for such uses by submitting a request to privacy@ruxlo.ai.

Who We Disclose Your Information To
We may disclose aggregated or anonymized information about our users without restriction.
We may also disclose personal data that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To service providers we use to support our organization or otherwise support or provide Services.

The information disclosed may include online identifiers, device information, IP addresses, browsing activity, and interactions with our Services, including specific features accessed, properties viewed, and information typed on forms, search boxes, and chat features. These partners may use the information to deliver targeted advertising, develop advertising audiences, measure advertising effectiveness, and provide related advertising and analytics services.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal data held by us is among the assets transferred.

Your Rights and Choices About Your Information
This section describes mechanisms you can use to control certain uses and disclosures of your information and rights you may have under state law, depending on where you live.
Advertising, marketing, cookies, and other tracking technologies choices:
- Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly. Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that can send a signal to the online services you visit indicating you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret the DNT signal, our Services may not respond to all browser DNT signals. Instead, you can use the range of other tools to control data collection and use, including the cookie controls and advertising controls described in this policy. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and other qualifying universal opt-out mechanisms as required by applicable law.
- Promotions by the Company. You may “unsubscribe” by following instructions to unsubscribe in the email you received or opt out by sending us an email stating your request to privacy@ruxlo.ai.
Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residency, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:
- Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the personal data we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format. Depending on your state, you may have the right to receive additional information and it will be included in the response to your access request.
- Correction. You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we maintain, taking into account the information's nature and processing purpose.
- Deletion. You may request that we delete personal data about you that we maintain, subject to certain exception under applicable law.
- Opt out of Sales and sharing/targeted advertising. Some of our personal data processing meets the definition of sale or “sharing” / targeted advertising under US consumer privacy laws. When it does, you may opt out of our processing of your personal information for sales and sharing/targeted advertising.
- Appeals. You may appeal a denial of your privacy rights request by responding to our decision as set out in the “Contact Information” section below and we will respond within the time period required by applicable law.
Important: The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also several exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.
When you make a request, we may require that you provide information and follow procedures to verify the request before responding to it. The verification steps we take may differ depending on the request you make. We will match the information that you provide in your request (including your email and physical address) to information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we are able to verify your identity, we will begin to process it. If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask you for additional information to help us verify your request. If we still cannot verify your identity, we will notify you with further explanation.
To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request to us using any of the contact methods under the “Contact Information” section.
You may use an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests. We require the authorized agent to provide us with proof of written permission (for example, a signed document addressing this topic or a power of attorney) that shows the authorized agent has the authority to submit a request for you. An authorized agency must follow the process described above to make a request, and we will additionally require you and your authorized agent to verify his/her own identity. Additionally, we may confirm the agent’s authority with the consumer about whom the request was made.
Daniel’s Law and Similar Privacy Requests
Certain state laws, including New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law and similar judicial, law enforcement, public official, and personal safety privacy laws in other states, may provide eligible individuals with the right to request that certain personal information, such as a home address, unpublished telephone number, or other covered information, be removed from public disclosure or otherwise restricted. These laws may apply to judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officers, other covered public officials, government personnel, and/or their family members, depending on the applicable statute.
If you believe you are entitled to request removal or restriction of your personal information under Daniel’s Law or a similar statute, you may submit a request by emailing privacy@ruxlo.ai. We will review and process eligible requests in accordance with applicable law.
Automated Decision Making
We use automated systems, alongside human review, to detect content and conduct that breaches our terms. We do not use automated decision making to make a “significant decision” as that term is defined under applicable law. Those systems may advise you before you post, and may apply a strike, mute a participant, place content on hold, or suspend access to a neighborhood thread. We keep records of enforcement decisions and of the content they relate to.
Enforcement in the Neighborhood Network is limited to that surface and does not by itself remove your ability to use the rest of the Services. You may appeal a decision, and we may also review a decision ourselves.
How You Can Protect Your Personal Data
No website, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for taking steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, disclosure, and access.
How We Retain Your Personal Data
We keep the categories of personal data described in this policy for as long as reasonably necessary. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal data. Two categories are treated differently and we describe them here so the difference is clear. Licensed property records are retained in line with our license with the data provider rather than at our discretion. A work record that a contractor has recorded and the individual who claimed the property has confirmed becomes part of the permanent record for that property parcel: it is not deleted when either of them closes their account, because the record describes the property rather than the person. If you ask us to delete your personal data, we will delete your account and the personal data associated with it, and the work record will remain attached to the parcel to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This does not affect your right to delete under applicable state privacy laws. In response to a deletion request, we will anonymize work orders to not display any personal information or personal data, as defined under state privacy laws and subject to applicable exemptions for publicly available information and anonymized and aggregated data. Uploaded files. Files you upload, such as photographs, receipts, warranties, and other documents, are kept while your account is active and within its storage limit. If you have a free account and do not sign in for 12 months, we will notify you, and if you do not sign in within 30 days of that notice we may delete your uploaded files and close your account. If your account is over its storage limit for 90 days, we may delete files above the limit after giving you at least 30 days’ notice. If you close your account, we delete your uploaded files within a reasonable period, except work records confirmed by a property owner, which remain part of the permanent record for the property.
Links from the Website
If the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your convenience only. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to this Website, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such websites. We are not responsible for the actions and privacy policies of the third parties that operate or your interaction with any third party websites.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the policy as required by law. The date the privacy policy was last updated is identified at the top of the page. We will notify you of changes to this policy by updating the "last updated" date and posting the updated policy on the Services. We may email or otherwise communicate reminders about this policy, but you should check our Services periodically to see the current policy and any changes we have made to it.
